Miss Carolina, our esteemed Founder and Head of School, brings over 35 years of distinguished experience in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology. Her lifelong dedication to children’s growth and well-being has shaped Chandler’s Preschool into a haven of excellence, structure, and compassion. A fervent advocate for early literacy, she believes that fostering a love of reading from the earliest years unlocks profound cognitive development and lifelong success. Miss. Elizabeth
Head Teacher
Miss Elizabeth holds a degree in Child Development from CSULA and has three years of experience working with children of all ages. Her passion lies in guiding toddlers and preschoolers, helping them develop new skills and achieve milestones with confidence.
Miss. Anna
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Miss Anna brings a distinguished blend of business acumen and educational insight to Chandler’s Preschool. Holding a degree in Early Childhood Development, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and a minor in Economics, she offers a rare and valuable perspective in managing the school’s operations with both precision and heart. With a proven track record as the successful founder of three businesses, Miss Anna ensures the seamless day-to-day functioning and long-term financial strength of the school. Her thoughtful leadership and strategic vision make her an indispensable pillar of Chandler’s commitment to excellence.
Miss. Annel
Education Director
Miss Annel, our CPS Director, has seven years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including five at Chandler’s Playhouse, and holds a degree in Early Childhood Development. As Miss Carolina’s protégé, she brings expertise and passion to her role. We are excited to welcome her and look forward to her continued positive impact on our school.

Assistant Director & Head Teacher
Miss Gisselle holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings five years of experience to her role. With her energetic spirit and passion for nurturing young minds, she fosters academic growth while inspiring curiosity and creativity.
Miss. Claire
Head Teacher
Miss Claire holds degrees in Childhood Development and Child Psychology and spent a year in Spain expanding her expertise and language skills. A CPS alumna and former summer staff member, she brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of our school’s culture.

Head Teacher
Miss Shelly, an experienced Early Childhood Educator with a BA in Child and Adolescent Development, has a background in running her own daycare and working with children, including those with special needs. Her expertise and dedication to nurturing growth make her a valuable asset to our team.

School Coordinator
Miss Tiah, our School Coordinator, brings extensive experience in marketing, management, and production. Currently pursuing a degree in Child Development, she combines her professional expertise with a strong understanding of our school’s program as a parent of a Chandler’s student.
